Kendrick Hsu
Senior Associate
Kendrick has experience prosecuting applications in the areas of semiconductor fabrication and devices, MEMS, optics, virtual reality displays, augmented reality displays, medical devices, and mechanical devices. Previously, Kendrick was a primary patent examiner at the United State Patent and Trademark Office where he examined patent applications directed to all aspects of liquid crystal displays. Prior to this, Kendrick was a defense contractor where he served on a small interdisciplinary team tasked with producing a prototype microwave frequency receiver.
As a previous patent examiner, Kendrick knows the ins and outs of the patent office and his broad academic and work experience allow him to understand a wide variety of inventions. As a Southern California native, Kendrick is excited to help inventors and companies in the area to obtain their fullest intellectual property protection for their ideas.
