He was instrumental in establishing a global patent department for a firm in Singapore. With an undergraduate degree in Computer Science of the Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science and years of patent prosecution experience, William brings a deep technical understanding to his patent drafting, with a particular expertise in digital communications, digital processing, control systems, and electromechanical devices.
