Christina Ducksworth

HR Manager

As the Human Resources Manager, Christina has been dedicated to helping KPPB and their leaders navigate through change and define and implement their Human Resources strategies.  Her extensive experience includes employee recruitment and retention, HR policy development, foreign qualification compliance, legal compliance, and compensation and benefits management.  As an advocate for healthy work environments, Christina is passionate about promoting a positive and inclusive culture where all employees feel their value to the organization, thereby fostering continued success for the employees, KPPB, and the clients who entrust us.
